Separating career profiles made CV tailoring much clearer

My master career history contains work that supports several directions. Previously I tried to place everything into one CV and the result was crowded. Creating separate profiles helped me decide which achievements belong in a product-focused CV and which belong in an operations-focused version. I am still preserving the same facts; I am changing emphasis and ordering. What checks do you use to make sure tailoring stays accurate?

My accuracy check is simple: every tailored sentence must point back to a dated role, project, skill, or result in the master profile. If I cannot trace it, it does not belong in the CV.

This traceability rule has also made reviews faster because I can verify a statement without searching through several old documents.
