Starting a focused search across product and operations roles
I am testing a more structured approach to my search instead of applying everywhere. My current plan is to maintain separate career profiles for product and operations roles, shortlist only positions where I can explain the fit clearly, and review the pipeline every Friday. If you are also pursuing more than one direction, how are you keeping your story consistent without making every application sound generic?

2 repliesMy current rule is that each profile must have its own target titles, opening summary, priority achievements, and skills order. Shared facts stay shared, but the positioning changes with the problem the role is hiring someone to solve.
I will share the results after two weeks and compare whether the separate profiles improve reply quality, not only the number of applications.
