Fifty tracked opportunities taught me to value clarity over volume
Reaching fifty tracked opportunities was useful, but the biggest lesson was not about volume. The applications that felt strongest had a clear reason for pursuing the company, a relevant profile, a tailored document, and a planned next action. The weakest entries were simply saved because the title looked familiar. My next goal is to improve the quality of the shortlist before increasing the number submitted.

2 repliesFor the next fifty, I am adding a short fit note before moving a role into To Apply. If I cannot describe the fit in two sentences, the role stays out of the active pipeline until I research it properly.
I am also archiving weak-fit roles instead of deleting them, which keeps the learning history without cluttering the active view.
